John M. Storey
John M. Storey was raised in a church parsonage in Evansville, IN, graduated from Shawswick High School in Lawrence County, IN, and is a graduate from the Indiana College of Mortuary Science. He became a licensed funeral director in Indiana and moved with his wife, Joy, to Gas City joining the Jay and Swift Funeral Home in 1960. In 1963, John acquired part ownership in the firm and the name was changed to Jay, Swift, & Storey Funeral Home and, in 1979, became the sole owner. In 1987, John and Ben Needham merged Jay, Swift, & Storey Funeral Home and Needham & Son Funeral Home to form Needham-Storey Funeral Service.
John cares about people and their needs and has dedicated his life to service of others. He is an active member of Lakeview Wesleyan Church, served on the board of the Wesleyan Investment Foundation for 35 years and the Board of Trustees of Indiana Wesleyan University for nearly 35 years as well. Additionally, he has served on the boards of World Gospel Mission, Marion General Hospital, the Kiwanis Club of Gas City, as well as numerous boards and committees of church, civic, professional, and educational organizations.
John and Joy are the parents of J. Mark Storey, II (wife, Molly), and daughter, Beth Driscoll (husband, Dan). They are blessed with 6 grandchildren.
J. Mark Storey
Mark was born and raised in Gas City, Indiana and is a second generation funeral director. A graduate of Mississinewa High School, Indiana Wesleyan University, and the Cincinnati School of Mortuary Science, he joined the firm in 1987.
Having grown up in Gas City has given Mark the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with the community he serves. Mark is a member of the Gas City Rescue Squad, since 1982. He has also served 2 terms as the Alumni President for Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion, IN. Mark, Molly and the girls are members of College Wesleyan Church in Marion.
Mark and his wife, Molly are parents to Ava, Heidi, and Suzanne, all born in 2004. Mark collects antique fire engines, antique fire memorabilia, and enjoys camping with the family.

Lori joined the NSW staff in the spring of 2005 as Administrative Assistant for our Family Service and Aftercare Representatives. In September of 2008, she moved into the position of Aftercare Representative and, in February of 2014, accepted the position of Family Service Advisor.
Lori views her position at NSW as a ministry. She sees great benefit in Advance Planning and enjoys getting to know her families and walk them through the process.
Lori is a 1997 graduate of Indiana University. She and her husband, Tom, are the proud parents of their daughter, Jaycee. Lori enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Joseph was born and raised in Gas City, IN, and is a lifelong resident of Grant County. He moved to Swayzee following the marriage to his wife, Katelyn, in 2006. He is a graduate of Mississinewa High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College. Joseph joined NSW in 2004.
Joseph serves as the Administrative Pastor at Greater Life Church and was licensed with the Indiana District Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ. Joseph also assists in ministry on a local and district level. Joseph formerly served on the Gilead Ministries Board of Directors.
In addition to working for the church, Joseph enjoys landscaping and camping with his wife and children, Rosalyn, Nathaniel, and Josephine.
Business Manager / CPA
John joined Needham-Storey-Wampner in May of 2007 succeeding long-time business manager Kevin Batman. John is a CPA and a graduate of Ball State University. He and his wife Shari reside in Sweetser and are the parents of Matt and Emily. Matt is attending Indiana Wesleyan University and Emily is a student at Oak Hill H.S. At various times John has been involved in the Presbyterian Church, Habitat for Humanity and the Lion's Club and is looking forward to service opportunities in the community. He enjoys spending time with family, reading, playing guitar, and traveling.
Family Service Advisor
Dan has been a lifelong Hoosier and a graduate from Oak Hill School. He has helped serve the cemetery needs of families over the past 8 years . At Grant Memorial Park he helps families with their At-Need and Pre-arrangements needs. Before working as a family service associate at Grant Memorial Park, Dan served in the church field in the area of outreach, education, and youth ministries. He enjoys teaching private martial arts at his home, fixing computers, cooking, reading, playing chess and just hanging around home.
Family Service Advisor
Stacey Turner was born and raised in Marion, Indiana and graduated from Marion High School. Stacey has invested over 20 years working and serving in this community. Stacey has always enjoyed serving people. She has found a unique niche assisting in cemetery arrangement planning. And she loves it. Stacey has a passion to help educate families on the many options they now have available to them to carry out their personal wishes and/or honor their loved ones. Stacey and her husband Joe have five children between them, Lucas, Bailie, Josie, Trot and Toby. They are often found at the kids ball games and other activities or spending time with a great group of friends and family. She loves this community and is grateful she is able to build a life where she grew up.
Jodie is a resident of Warren, IN and a graduate of Huntington North High School. Jodie joined our staff in 2006. She is the mother of a daughter Jennifer (known as Skeeter) and a son Aaron (wife Tara). She loves spending time with her adorable grandchildren, Nora, Ella and Mason. Jodie also loves to cook and spend time outdoors in her garden and taking care of her yard. On weekends she enjoys going to tractor shows with friends.

Jose was born in Guatemala, he has lived in Marion for 23 years. Jose started his career at Grant Memorial Park in 1992. When you see Jose on the cemetery grounds make it a point to stop by and say hi. Jose welcomes the opportunity to meet the families he so much loves to serve. His hobbies include weight lifting, visiting antique stores, Jose considers himself quite the “picker”. Jose has been married to Rosie for 18 years and they have 3 children.
A graduate of Mississinewa High School. Shannon has lived in Marion for most of his life. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and listening to music. "This job means a lot to me because I get a chance to give back to the community that has helped me in life. Plus, there is no better feeling than knowing I help give families a good experience through a very tough time in their lives."
Chuck was born in Marion and has lived the past 30 years in Jonesboro. He is a graduate of Marion High School. Chuck joined Grant Memorial Park in 2011. If you don’t see Chuck working out in the cemetery he is most likely in the pole barn working on a piece of equipment. His hobbies include going to Dragstrip Races with his son, and restoring old trucks. Chuck also enjoys spending time with his 2 sons, daughter and his fiancée Tracy.
